Customer Profitability Analyst (PPB) at Standard Bank Group

JOB DESCRIPTION

Support CHNW by providing infrastructure, tools and frameworks used to deliver end-to-end solutions to business problems. Build scalable infrastructure for supporting the delivery of business insights from raw data sources with a focus on collecting, managing, analysing, visualising data, and developing analytical solutions.

To obtain and analyse data that will influence CHNW financial resource optimisation strategies in order to realise the strategic aspirations of the CHNW Business. Utilise data to identify patterns and opportunities to improve the overall CHNW business profitability.

Build multiple complex models that will enable:

• Analysis of the CHNW portfolio
• Profitability of the client base
• Identification of inefficiencies in the CHNW business
• Identification of business opportunities to maximise returns and portfolio mix

Provides insights to reduce revenue leakage and improve cost allocation. Build, maintain improve and automate the IFRM function dashboards in order to provide “always on, always available” business analytics. Provide timeous and impactful ad-hoc data points to business as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications
Type of Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
Field of Study: Data Science and Analytics / Computer Science
Other Minimum Qualifications, Certifications or Professional Memberships: Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics with Certification in the below coding languages would be a minimum requirement for this job:

• SQL,
• C++,
• Java Python,
• R for statistical modelling
