Customer Consultant (f/m/x) at Audibene

We are looking for a Customer (Sales) Consultant to further strengthen our Sales team here in South Africa.

Main Tasks

• Provide our patients with detailed phone consultations
• Develop individual solutions based on the requirements of the customer
• Provide knowledge and in-depth advice for hearing loss and hearing aids
• Schedule appointments with customers and our partner providers

Your profile: 

• Between 1- 3 years background in healthcare or other consumer-facing sales, or healthcare environment
• Previous experience meeting sales targets/goals/KPIs
• Motivation for sales and customer service 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
• A 3-year tertiary qualification
• Native-level English (with a preference for an additional second language)
