    Customer Care Consultant Kia South Africa (Pty) Ltd - Parts Distribution Centre

    Specific Role Responsibilities

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Assisting customer and dealers with complaints
    • Assist with resolving customer and dealer disputes
    • Assist with negotiations between dealers KIA Motors and the customer
    • Take responsibility of your customers and ensure they are kept updated
    • Customer Service support to KIA Motors Departments and Dealer networkProcess and Governance
    • Identify and apply known solutions to operational problems and escalate unresolved issues
    • Deliver on agreed performance targets according to set procedures and service level agreement
    • Report on transactional activities to provide timely information for decision making in area of accountability
    • Communicate and liaise with clients, manufacturers, suppliers, representatives and other internal departments to facilitate information dissemination, flow and customer satisfaction and feedback
    • Liaise with customers, service workshop, OEM and other relevant stakeholders to resolve problems, faults and other issues
    • Provide support to customers and escalate unresolved queriesFinance
    • Execute work activities effectively and efficiently in order to prevent financial losses Client/Customer
    • Deliver work activities adequately to satisfy internal and external customers
    • Liaise and interact with customers (internal and external) via approved communication channels in a positive and helpful mannerPeople
    • Attend training initiatives to improve work quality and enhance own skillsKnowledge and Skills

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Tertiary Qualification and strong Working Knowledge of Automotive OEM Customer Care and Service disciplines advantageous
    • Must have a Minimum of 1 to 3 years’ experience in Automotive OEM Customer Care
    • Automotive OEM experience advantageous
    • Excellent English Language and Communication skills
    • Able to work in a high pressure, competitive Automotive Manufacturer environment
    • Stable track record and contactable references
    • Computer Literate – MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT), Adobe
    • Knowledge of the Salesforce system would be advantageous
    • Must be able to generate reports and analyse informationTechnical Competencies
