Creditors Clerk Infogro (Head Office) at Obaro

Responsibilities:

•  Timely collection and processing of creditor invoices;
•  Monthly reconciliations of creditors monthly statements to ledger;
•  Preparation of creditor payments;
•  Verification of bank details;
•  Verification of supplier applications;
•  Handling of inquiries and claims;
•  Ensure cash flow available for future payments;
•  Collection and preparation of documents for internal and external audit purposes;
•  Effective problem identification and resolution; and
•  Filing.

Skills, Qualifications and General Requirements:

•  Grade 12 qualification;
•  Matric accounting;
•  Tertiary qualifications/diploma will be preferred;
•  3 – 5 years experience in accounts payable;
•  1 – 2 years experience with reconciliation;
•  Fluent in Afrikaans and English (reading, speaking and writing);
•  Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office package;
•  Excellent communication skills as well as good interpersonal relationships with internals and external interested parties;
•  Deadline-driven;
•  Planning and organizing; and
•  Team oriented.
