Credit Controller - CDC Cape Town at Clover S.A. Proprietary Limited

• The Credit Controller is responsible for collecting the outstanding debt ensuring in the day-to-day duties such as timely payments, processing and reconciling of invoices. 

Requirements    
REQUIREMENTS: 

• Grade 12 or relevant qualification
• Previous experience in Credit Control
• Business English: Fluent
• MS Excel (Advanced)& MS Word
• Code 8 Motor Vehicle License
• Experience in other top-end accounts will be advantageous.
• Must have experience in the FMCG environment.

Duties and Responsibilities    
Collect trade debt

• Confirm payment of all new and existing customer accounts 
• Control allocated accounts and ensure that all outstanding monies owed to the company is collected
• Log and address customer queries 
• Maintain good customer relations

Request credit limits 

• Request increase/s of credit limit

Liaise with customers

•  Follow up on overdue accounts
