    Who You Are

    • Highly Organized
    • Detail-Oriented

    What You'll have done before

    Baseline

    NQF Level 4 (Higher Certificate in Accounting or related)

    4 years experience in an administrative role

    Advantageous

    NQF level 5 (Higher Certificate in Accounting or related)

    Accounts Payable Experience

    What You'll be doing

    • Vetting of application forms, prior to sending to Financial Institution.
    • Track the application until the card is issued to the user.
    • Ensure all spend is valid in terms of policies & procedures and relevant Tax Authority compliance.
    • Escalate non-compliant expenditure.
    • Produce monthly attestation report of policy breach
    • Resolve queries and exception management.
    • Foster sound working relations with internal and external stakeholders
    • Resolve queries in ServiceNOW and exception management (in liaison with FSSC and vendors).
    • Ensure that the credit card account payments are made within the agreed terms of contract supported by the correct documentation, and policies and procedures are adhered to.
    • Ensure business controls and governance (Procurement Policy/VAT Act)
    • Understand and apply regulatory framework and principles to ensure compliance with relevant Acts and regulations (Tax, Income, VAT, Environmental, Customs & Excise Act, Petroleum Products Act)
