KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

  External Communications Management

• Manage all external communication activities with stakeholders
• Engage with media for press conferences, statements, and inquiries
• Maintain positive brand image through media and opinion leader relationships

Internal Communications Development

• Create content calendars for internal communication activities
• Responsible for internal campaigns and amplification through internal channels

Brand Management

• Support the Lesedi brand positioning and communication strategy
• Ensure brand identity compliance across marketing communications
• Monitor industry trends and provide insights to support business objectives
• Manage marketing campaign assets and approvals
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external agencies

QUALIFICATION

• Com degree or equivalent Bachelor's degree

EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in brand, PR, internal and external communications
• Proven experience in the energy, power generation, oil/gas, mining, media, marketing, or industrial industries
• Rebranding experience is essential

• Strong writing and communication skills
• Proficient in budget management
• Ability to prioritize and manage diverse marketing and communications topics

• Familiarity with marketing campaign planning and execution
