Corporate Actions Manager, Investor Services Operations, CIB at Standard Bank Group

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Receive / source, plan, communicate, process and validate assigned corporate events to ensure events are effectively processed and clients are informed, enabled to make appropriate elections and receive entitlements for corporate events within prescribed deadlines and regulatory framework.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Matric
• BCom or equivalent completed

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years fund accounting experience, with sufficient exposure in Corporate Actions
• Minimum of 2 years in a people management role
• Pricing and Recons experience 
• Suitable knowledge of: Hiport, CARD, Financial Markets and BANCS
• Expertise on cross border transacting, multi-country risk taking, regulations governing cross border transactions and the risks of trading in multiple jurisdictions.
