    Coordinator (Assistant)

    • Operation and Control of the whole automated plant functions from the PLC
    • Conducting proper shift handovers at the beginning and end of shift
    • Monitoring the quality of pellets
    • Monitoring and controlling access to all CO gas areas in the plant
    • Ensuring that process values are in accordance with plant parameters
    • Maintaining a smooth operation of the whole sintering plant
    • Communicating with other Operators to resolve the plant problems
    • Monitoring the whole plant feeds and conditions
    • Seeking opportunities to optimise the whole plants’ performance
    • Monitoring all control levels and report deviations to shift co-ordinator
    • Maintaining awareness and contribute to the achievement of team targets
    • Reporting any deviations thereof due to electrical, mechanical and process failures.
    • Assisting with the shift Co-ordinator’s duties when required
