• An oppurtunity has arisen for a Contract Manager in our Megabus - Middelburg operation to manage financial and administration requirements. Please review the minumum requirements, duties and responsibilities below.

Minimum Requirements    

• Minimum requirement qualification of Grade 12 or higher,
• Knowledge of operations within the bus industry would be an advantage,
• Knowledge of fuel managment,
• Knowledge of equipment and maintenance,
• General knowledge of operations,
• Management Skills,
• Microsoft Office and Excel skills,
• Knowledge of National bargaining council agreements 

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Effective management of operational processes and contracts/services
• Develop and maintain preocedures which relate to day to day operational requirments,
• Optimal allocations of vehicles and staff,
• Identify, implement and maintain depot specific requirements as per legislation and policy,
• Monitoring and measuring managment of financial and admnistration requirements,
• Management of safety, healthy envirmonment and quality 
• Manage housekeeping, safety and quality by ensuring that all housekeeping audits are conducted regularly.
