    Contract Manager - Grade A

    Minimum Requirements

    • Minimum Grade 12 & Management Qualification/ Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
    • Relevant Tertiary Qualification
    • Computer Literate (MS Office)- Advanced MS Excel is Crucial/Attention to detail
    • Honest and transparent/Calm and collective under pressure
    • Strong negotiation skills/Must be able to analyse operational statistics and elaborate on statistics
    • Proven Track record in Investigations work
    • Professional individual who can provide and maintain high service and quality standards.
    • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
    • PSIRA registered Grade A/ Minimum 5 years Management experience
    • Medically Fitness is a Pre-requisite
    • Firearm Competency (Handgun, Shotgun & Riffle) for Business purposes including Regulation 21 Valid Certificate
    • Working Knowledge of Firearm Control Act, Health and Safety Act, PSIRA Act, Labour Relations Act, NKP Act, National Traffic Act, POPI Act, Criminal Procedure Act

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Maintain and secure all contractual documents
    • Ensure all approved contractual requirements are communicated with all relevant stakeholders
    • Daily monitoring of contractual obligations in relation to scope of work agreed with the Client:
    • Ensure employees are compliant with Customer requirements (PSIRA Grading, Pre – Employment, Medicals, Regulaion21 etc.)
    • Ensure that equipment invoiced to the Client is in use and in working condition
    • Ensure Staff is trained on SPM and equipment on site
    • Monitor compliance by company employees with established procedures
    • Monitor compliance by company established procedures
    • Monitor compliance with respect to Man-hours worked, SHE, PSIRA etc
    • Contribute to influencing company and/or Client policies in an appropriate manner if/when required
    • Identify areas of recurrent pressure
    • Building and maintaining trust relationship with the client.
    • Detailed and objective incident investigations accompanied by factual findings and relevant recommendations .
