JOB DESCRIPTION

To onboard end-to-end sales support for the Vehicle Asset Finance portfolio to maximise approval rates & drive take-up, resulting in increased pay-out levels & income generation. To perform credit, fraud & verification checks in accordance with laid down procedures and policies mitigating the risk of fraudulent/inaccurate processing. To analyse, calculate, recommend & verify all applications & deals taken up. To establish a sound dealer relationship to optimise market share.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Matric 
• Tertiary Qualification would be an advantage
• 3 - 4 years Vehicle and Asset Finance product knowledge and experience.
• 3- 4 years Credit and Fraud experience, as well as Sales and Stakeholder Management
• Demonstrated understanding of legislative financial services and banking requirements 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• Application & Submission Verification (Business Banking) - The ability to verify, scrutinize and assess account application submissions received.
• Banking Process & Procedures - Sound knowledge of the Bank's laid down policies and procedures as it relates to the processing of customer transactions.
• Client Servicing - The ability to respond to client requirements, queries and complaints and log order entries into relevant company system.
• Product and Services Knowledge - An understanding of the products and services features, benefits and pricing of the products and services on offer to the business across multiple business areas.
• Product Knowledge (Business Banking) - Knowledge and understanding of the features, benefits and pricing of the products and services on offer to Business Banking customers.
