JOB DESCRIPTION

• To provide a high level of service to Customers, SBIB provincial offices, SBSA branches.
• To facilitate the development of customer loyalty through customer relationship management and to consistently portray a corporate image.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Regulatory exam for Representatives (RE 05 an advantage Tier 2 products)
• An NQF level 4 or 5 qualification recognised by the FSB
• An NQF level 4 or 5 qualification recognised by the FSB.
• In terms of preferred qualification, we suggest a FAIS Generic Qualification recognised by FSB
• Answer high volumes of incoming calls accordance to contact centre requirements
