JOB DESCRIPTION
To welcome all new customers via the on-boarding process communication channels e.g., telephonically as well as answer any service-related questions to ensure customers understand the features and benefits of the relevant products (Cheque accounts, credit cards, Ucount, MyUpdates etc.)
