    Commerical Sales and Product Manager (Solar PV)

    • Are you a dynamic and assertive professional with a passion for the solar industry? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment? If you have excellent communication skills in both Afrikaans and English, and a knack for organising and multitasking, then we are looking for you!

    What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

    • As a Commercial Sales and Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving technical sales, providing consultation and support for PV products and systems. Your role will involve acquiring and developing new customers in Southern Africa, negotiating prices, and closing sales contracts. You’ll prepare quotations, manage PV designs, and coordinate solar PV installations with EPC partners. By analysing market requirements and supporting new product launches, you’ll ensure our client’s offerings meet customer needs. Your technical expertise will also support our client’s sales staff and enhance internal knowledge through regular trainings.

    What you’ll need

    • You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Economics and possess at least 3 years of experience in the solar industry. Your ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, is exceptional. You have a proven track record in customer service, presenting, and negotiating. Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Professional, MS Office, and the ability to learn new IT systems is crucial. A valid local driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region are required.
