    CMOO Interns

    The purpose of this position is to:

    • Assist with Pensions administration.
    • Call claimants confirming consultation and experience of service providers.
    • Support the Claims Quality Assurance by reviewing quality assurance report and send frequent follow up to managers and supervisors.
    • Vendors verification
    • Data collection and analysis
    • Coordinate FEM Beneficiaries Outreach.
    • Assist in administration of assigned projects.

    The minimum requirements:

    • Matric with good functional literacy in English and Mathematics
    • Relevant diploma or degree
    • 0 to 6 months’ experience in general administration
    • Communication skills
    • Excellent phone etiquette
    • Attention to details skills
