    Client Services Operations Manager

    What You'll Do:

    • Lead and own exciting campaigns from concept to completion
    • Develop and nurture strong client relationships
    • Collaborate with internal teams to bring creative visions to life

    Skills & Knowledge

    • Experience of delivering a consistently high standard of service in line with client expectations and provide valuable advice and guidance. Perceptive to client needs, able to adapt to change and quickly resolves any problems to the satisfaction of the client
    • Considerable experience in managing large scale client facing projects; managing workflows; using available resources to best effect; and monitoring quality
    • Practiced in developing effective working relationships with clients and knows how to influence others at all levels resulting in successful outcomes that are mutually beneficial to all parties. Able to build valuable relationships with internal work colleagues; provides support where needed; shares information, knowledge and ideas and treats people with respect
    • Takes a commercial view when decision making in order to maximise the value to be gained from campaigns. Has an in-depth knowledge of the industry and remains aware of what competitors are doing
