Client Services Officer (Code 8 Drivers License) - Westridge at Ampath

Purpose of Position:

• To provide fast and professional client services to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Grade 12  (Required), Valid South African Driver licence (Code B)  (Required)

Required Experience:

• 2-3 years relevant work experience, Computer literate

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with arranging functions in order to ensure effective co-ordinating thereof., Handle insurance administration in order to ensure that all relevant insurance protocol is maintained., Maintain the Provider dictionary in order to ensure accurate recording of information., Perform Client Helpline and Telemarketing related tasks in order to ensure that client relations are maintained., Perform general departmental administrative tasks to provide a sufficient administrate support function to the department., Perform general departmental duties in order to ensure optimal functioning of the department., Visit receptionists to collect valuable marketing information and share it with the Marketing team.
