    Client Partner

    Description:

    • The purpose of this role is to lead and manage marketing-related activities within the Ignition Group. As a Client Partner, you will focus on developing strategies for our internal communications, encompassing HR, Employee Experience, Facilities, IT, Legal, and Security. Your primary responsibilities will include strategizing, implementing, and analyzing the effectiveness of our communication efforts.

    Responsibilities:

    Key Liaison and Communication

    • Provide service and support to key brands within the Group from a Client Service/Account Management perspective.
    • Develop internal communication campaigns for key brands.
    • Collaborate closely with the Clients, Marketing Managers, Creative Team, and external partners to generate creative ideas and solutions that align with brand strategies.

    Thought Leadership

    • Maintain a broad vision to see the bigger picture and guide projects effectively.
    • Oversee each step of the execution process, from inception to reporting.
    • Apply a methodical approach to the creative process and holistic project management.
    • Strategy development on behalf of our clients, and produce detailed reports.
    • Offer creative direction and insights for briefings.
    • Generate innovative concepts and ideas, ensuring their successful execution.
    • Manage time effectively and develop project scopes.
    • Create, develop, manage, and track the rollout of communication strategies.

    Requirements:

    • Relevant marketing qualification (diploma or degree in marketing, communications).
    • 3 years of marketing experience in Brand/Account Management within an agency or a similar environment.
    • Proven experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and conflict resolution abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong presentation skills.
    • Experience with marketing project management tools.
