Clerk Time and Attendance at Sibanye-Stillwater

Minimum Required Qualification:

•  Be in possession of Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent
•  Have a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel and appropriate information systems

The Appointee should:

•  Be in possession of Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent
•  Have a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel and appropriate information systems
•  Sound knowledge of company policies and procedures
•  Pay attention to detail, and have a meticulous and well-organized work method
•  Demonstrate excellent verbal and written English communication skills
•  Be declared medically fit for the position and environment, as determined by a risk based medical examination at the relevant Sibanye Stillwater Occupational Health Centre.

Advantageous Qualifications:

•  Relevant administrative experience in relation to systems, computers, time and attendance
•  Practically Orientated
•  Must have systems, time and attendance Operation experience in the mining environment

Key Responsibilities:

•  Responsible for all time and attendance functions, maintenance and reporting
•  Good telephone technique and etiquette
•  Required to work long hours on weekend
•  Perform work allocated to him/her in accordance with their experience
