    Clerk: Driver Reconciliations - Port Elizabeth

    Job Advert Summary

    • A vacancy exists for an experienced Clerk: Driver Reconciliations within the Secondary Distribution department at the Port Elizabeth. The Purpose of this position is to reconcile Driver documentation received after a delivery round has been completed and capture data in Clover ERM. The successful candidate may be required to work shifts.

    Requirements

    • Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4 
    • Relevant experience in applying job related concepts, techniques and processes at the required level  
    • Business English: Fluent 
    • Computer literacy (Advanced)  
    • Work shifts/weekends/public holidays

    Duties and Responsibilities
    Reconcile documentation and capture results 

    • Reconcile Driver delivery documentation  
    • Reconcile agent generated documents  
    • Check and control reconciled invoices  
    • Follow up on queries  
    • Ensure allocated Driver reconciliations are captured  
    • Report on deviations
