    Clerk: Driver Reconciliations - Polokwane

    Job Advert Summary    

    • An opportunity has arisen for a Clerk:Driver Reconciliations to reconcile Driver documentation received after a delivery round has been completed and capture data in Clover ERM. Please refer to the minimum requirements, duties and responsibilities below for further information.

    Requirements    
    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4
    • Relevant experience in applying job related concepts, techniques and processes at the required level
    • Business English: Fluent
    • Computer literacy (Advanced)
    • Work shifts/weekends/public holidays

    Duties and Responsibilities    
    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Reconcile documentation and capture results
    • Reconcile Driver delivery documentation        
    • Reconcile agent generated documents        
    • Check and control reconciled invoices        
    • Follow up on queries         
    • Ensure allocated Driver reconciliations are captured        
    • Report on deviations
