    Claims Admin Advisor

    What will you do?

    • Client & Customer Management: Handle queries from internal and external customers within set SLAs and in line with standard operating procedures

    What will make you successful in this role?

    • Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF 4 
    • BCom Degree (Optional)

    Key Deliverables include but not limited to

    • Request relevant documents from customers. 
    • Administration Ensure the document management process is managed within SLA and in accordance with the standard to the standard.
    • Monitor outstanding salvage and the ensure correct status is applied to the various systems.
    • Handle exceptions in accordance with the standard operating procedure and record the reason for exceptions.
    • Appoint service providers in accordance with the standard operating procedures.
    • Ensure salvage processes are performed in accordance with the standard operating procedure. 
    • Document and Data Management Request registration documents from customers and finance companies. 
    • Receive, file, document, and distribute registration documents to the salvage provider once received. 
    • Ensure accurate record-keeping during the salvage process. 
    • Data Collection & Analysis Collate and analyse information for management and financial reporting. 
    • Work Scheduling and Allocation Organize your own work schedule in order to get the job done. 
    • Supervise junior administrators and assign short-term tasks to others if necessary. 
    • Operational Compliance Develop a working knowledge of the organization's policies and procedures and of regulatory codes and codes of conduct relevant to own work, adhering to mandatory procedures to ensure own work is undertaken to the required standards.
    • Personal Capability Building Develop and maintain excellent process or technical skills by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching. customer requirements and surpass their expectations
