Central Senior Data Capturer - Centurion at Ampath

Requirements:

• Grade 12

Required Experience:

• Data capturing experience,
• Knowledge: Meditech system,
• Knowledge: MS Word

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist new staff with data capturing queries/problems in order to ensure sufficient client satisfaction,
• Assist with the Printing of error log reports in order to ensure that patient information is complete, relevant and accurate,
• Maintain good client relations to promote the image of Ampath,
• Perform material management tasks in order to ensure effective control over stock usage and to ensure sufficient availability of stock,
• To Data Capture ALL information as per the Service Request Form onto the relevant Meditech system within the pre-set time frame or to Audit (compare other staff members data as per SRF with Meditech system to ensure that all information was captured and captured correctly,
• Update Patient Data File with new, additional information or correct errors made in order to ensure that requisition information is complete, relevant and accurate
