Cash Management Admin at De Beers Group

Job Description

• The Cash management admin ensures effective service delivery to the Business Units against pre-defined criteria generally referred to as Key Performance Indicators as defined in Service Level Agreements with various Business Units.

More of your duties will include:

• Complete capacity planning requirements
• Facilitate scheduled payments
• Address proposal exceptions
• Ensure all prompt requests and out of cycle payments are actioned as required
• Compile funding requests accurately and submit timeously to treasury
• Investigate rejections and failed payments
• Monitor bank accounts to ensure that they’re appropriately funded before payments are released
• Ensure that all scheduled payments have been released
• Risk management - Review high value invoices
• Share the last paid reports to Accounts Payable and the Vendor Master Data teams
• Compile payment pack and store in designated area
• Follow up on queries sent by stakeholders
• Audit queries that need to be attended to
• Perform testing for new projects and changes which take place within the environment.
• Assist in reporting requirements

This role is at a Band 8 level reporting to the Cash Management Supervisor

Qualifications

• Matric Grade 12
• Tertiary qualification adv

Experience Required:

• SAP (3-5 years) Creditors
• 3- 5 years Payments experience
• 1-2 years Accounts payable
