    Buyer

    Overview    

    • Creating Purchases orders as per the Procurement Manager
    • Transferring the stock in and out
    • Receipting the product and the bags
    • Invoicing
    • Monthly recons to make sure the warehouse balances
    • Clear the GTI

    Qualifications    

    • Matric
    • Bachelor Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain or related field

    Experience    

    • At least 2 years’ procurement supply chain admin experience

    Duties    

    • Plan and execute procurement of finished goods and raw materials from global contract manufacturers and suppliers
    • Maintain strong working relationships and communications, global contract manufacturers and suppliers to confirm production/shipping schedules and monitor open purchase orders for all orders to ensure on-time deliveries
    • Proactively report product and material availability issues
    • Maintain purchase order status and shipment tracking information in ERP system
    • Proactively provide supply status and shipment tracking
    • Coordinate with contract manufacturers and suppliers the required international shipping and commercial documents
    • Coordinate inventory planning and replenishment of raw materials, components and finished goods
