• Grade 12 Relevant post-school qualification (NQF5) ideally with a Retail/Procurement focus (desirable) Skills
• Business operations, systems and processes Sourcing and pricing strategies and methodologies Product/Product Value knowledge Knowledge of the industry Interpersonal skills (persuasion, conflict handling) Communications skills (verbal, written) Negotiating skills Analytical and problem-solving skills Computer skills (MS Suite) – on intermediate level Experience
•  Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position in a computerised retail environment (essential) - 3 years Competencies
