Butler Assistant at Crew Life at Sea

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Butler in providing exceptional service to guests, including serving meals, arranging activities, and fulfilling special requests
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times
• Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of guest cabins and public areas
• Assist with the preparation and serving of meals, including setting and clearing tables
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and seamless guest experience
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a timely and courteous manner
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and hygiene standards

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hospitality or cruise environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work long hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
• Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
