Business Process Engineer - Pretoria at Companies & Intellectual Property Commission

Job Purpose:

• To analyse and design new inter-connected business processes and re-engineer existing business processes with a view on enterprise-wide business objectives;
• Drive the analysis and documentation processes of the Process Engineering Unit - effectively translating the requirements of business into accurate functional specifications and practical system specifications;
• Align internal working procedures with industry standard best-practices.

Key performance areas

• To apply analytical capability to design new and/or review and redesign existing business processes;
• Provide input into operating policies, procedures and guidelines;
• Report on performance and to identify and escalate performance constraints.

Required Minimum Education / Training

• National Diploma/B Degree in Engineering / Information Systems or relevant qualification
• B Degree in Business Administration/MBA will be an added advantage.

Required Minimum Experience

• 5 years’ relevant experience that include:
• Process development experience across cross-functional teams;
• Engineering or software development industries.
