About the job
We are looking for a recent graduate who has some work experience, is a serious go-getter, passionate about entrepreneurship and a high performer, someone hungry for growth and exposure to the inner workings of a business that is scaling and helping others to scale. Someone who wants to be a business owner but knows they need to get their hands dirty first by learning and immersing themselves in an existing, rapidly growing business. Someone who can apply themselves to almost any challenge (from doing strategic and meaningful research to pulling rabbits out of hats, well maybe not rabbits, but you get the idea) and where no job is too big or too small. This person will work closely with the Founder and preempt/ be proactive in the thought leadership and operational aspects on the go.

Type of person:
Highly organised, strategic thinker, astute, attention to detail with focus on quality delivery.
Curious and open to learning about all aspects of how a business operates: from managing invoicing to market research, from compliance to pitching to clients.

Able to successfully prioritise, while managing various types of activities concurrently.
Able to set up and improve systems but also implement them within the business.
Comfortable handling multiple tasks, being able to prioritise activities and support two directors where needed.
Skilled at using a range of digital / online collaboration tools, and comfortable working remotely at least part of the time.
