    Brand Co-Ordinator - JHB

    Anova Health Institute is an NGO that empowers people and changes lives. Good health and quality of life is what motivates us to provide healthcare solutions and support for those who need it most.

    The role encompasses spearheading internal brand campaigns and ensuring their successful implementation as per the marketing calendar. It involves coordinating with Anova Health Institute offices worldwide to maintain brand consistency. Staying updated on industry trends, the role requires liaising with internal and external stakeholders to craft engaging brand and internal campaigns. Collaboration with the Head of Marketing and Brand Manager is essential to drive innovative strategies aimed at boosting the company's brand recognition and overall market presence. It plays a pivotal part in shaping the company's image and fostering growth.

    Key duties and responsibilities:

    Campaign Management

    • Execute a results-driven brand marketing campaign.
    • Assist in developing and create engaging brand and internal campaign messaging.
    • Campaign co-ordination and execution.
    • Update and manage internal marketing platforms.
    • Weekly and monthly reports to Brand Manager and Head of Marketing

    Brand Management

    • Maintain unified Anova brand voice across the organisation and all platforms.
    • Identify brand and internal marketing potential strengths and weaknesses.
    • Analyse effective communication that has been created and shared.
    • Review data and create reports on key brand and internal marketing metrics.

    Project Management

    • Assess project objectives and goals.
    • Define project scope.
    • Identify project elements and budget.
    • Define timelines.
    • Ensure delivery of executables.

    Calendar

    • Define calendar themes and events.
    • Define messaging and positioning.
    • Define the platforms best suited for the events.
    • Identify traffic delivery methods for brand and internal marketing.

    Any other tasks as agreed with line manager.

    Minimum qualifications and experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Brand or any related qualification.
    • 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
    • Driver’s Licence.
    • Experience within Public Health sector will be advantageous.
    • Professional knowledge of branding and internal marketing.
    • Strong project management skills.
    • Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritise at the same time.
    • Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
    • Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the brand management space.
    • Experience working with marketing creative design team in development of internal marketing campaigns.
    • Relationship Management skills.
    • Great Interpersonal and team working skills.
    • Self-motivated, problem resolution skills, perseverance and inquisitive.
    • Computer Literate Ms Office (Ms Word, Ms Access, Ms Excel, Ms PowerPoint, and Outlook

    • Ability to pay attention to detail.

    • Up to date with branding and internal marketing trends.

    • Planning, developing, and managing short and long-term brand and internal marketing communications plans and calendar.
