    Branch Manager - Umhlabuyalingana Rural

    Are you an experienced retail professional with a passion for driving sales and maximizing profitability? We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Branch Manager to join our team. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of store operations to ensure top-line sales growth and profitability. If you have a proven track record in sales management, stock control, and team leadership, we invite you to apply for this role.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage all sales activities to achieve revenue targets and drive sales growth.
    • Effectively manage and control stock levels to optimize inventory and minimize shrinkage.
    • Ensure adherence to legislation and risk management standards within the Business Unit.
    • Manage back-office cash management processes and procedures.
    • Oversee the management of the team, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
    • Foster a customer-centric environment to enhance the overall customer experience.

    Competency Requirements: Knowledge:

    • Sound understanding of stock levels and inventory management.
    • Familiarity with merchandise standards.
