    Branch Manager

    Job Objectives

    • To provide excellent customer service
    • To manage sales performance of the branch
    • To ensure that all branch staff are managed effectively
    • To control all stock management functions within the branch
    • To report on all branch activities and relevant data
    • To implement daily management control
    • To maintain cost within the budged guidelines
    • To control all cash management activities within the branch

    Qualifications

    Essential 

    • Matric 
    • Branch Manager Designate Programme

    Experience

    Essential 

    • (2 years) Furniture Procedures 
    • (2 years) Branch Management Experince 
    • (2 years) Retail Experience

    Knowledge and Skills

    Essential 

    • (6 months) Branch Systems 
    • (6 months) Branch reports 
    • (1 year) Computer literacy 

    Desirable 

    • (1 year) Furniture Product 
    • (1 year) Stock Management 
    • (6 months) Financial Management 
    • (6 months) Performace Management
