Bank and Creditor Clerk at Westvaal Group

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Bank Statements – extracting, analysing and capturing of transactions
• Daily Banking – EOD processing and matching
• Ensure that all policies and procedures are adhered to at all times
• General administration and filing
• Creditor invoice posting
• Order processing and process management
• Bank & Creditor reconciliations

Qualifications and Experience:

• Matric Certificate
• Computer Literacy
• Communication skills
• Relevant experience is not a necessity

Competencies:

• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Candidate must be willing to learn and develop new skills
• Ability to work productively in a high pressure environment
• Manages time effectively and sets clearly defined objectives
