Baker (Assistant) at Helderberg Personnel

Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Assisting in baking processes
• Be the stand-in for the Master Baker
• Preparation of ingredients
• Mixing and kneading dough
• Operating baking equipment

Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:

• At least 2 years’ previous experience in a similar role
• Culinary accreditation relevant to the role
• Proficient in following recipes
• Have an excellent knowledge of cake decorating artistry, baking ingredients and methods
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Have a friendly and professional demeanour
• Strong organisational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
