B-BBEE Professional / Verification Analyst at SERR Synergy

Minimum requirements:

• LLB/BCom/BA Law or other similar qualification is a must.
• Experience in the field of B-BBEE legislation and compliance is a must.
• Knowledgeable on the B-BBEE Codes and all Sector Codes.
• Fully computer literate.
• Numerical proficiency.
• Strong administrative and excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
• The candidate must be able to work under pressure.
• Self-starter with a high level of integrity and accountability.
• Must have own reliable transport.

Your daily duties will include but not be limited to:

• Consult with clients on BEE requirements, BEE targets and overall BEE needs.
• Guide clients to implement BEE strategies effectively.
• Prepare preliminary rating for clients before verification.
• Prepare verification files for clients for submission at external Verification Agencies and manage verification process.
• Perform various administrative duties.
