Aviation QC Administrator at Watershed Consulting

Overview: To assist the Quality Control Manager with relevant documentation, issuing of tools and measuring equipment and audits

Duties:

• Manage tool ordering, distribution and conduct tool inspections.
• Keeping measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions and calibration requirements and calling for repairs when needed.
• Document inspection results by ensuring Inspection checklists are complete.
• Ensure compliance to both MOP & SOP’s
• Ensure that workplace cleanliness is maintained throughout the organization
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
• Update job knowledge by familiarizing yourself with the technical build manuals
• Work with Quality Control Manager on parts and process Non-Conformances
• Work with Quality Control Manager to continually improve processes and methods

Requirements:

• Have a quality qualification
• Technical hands-on experience in the aviation industry
• Experience with inspection and measuring equipment
• Experience with working with manufactured parts
• Must have a reliable transportation
