Requirements

• B Tech or B Eng in Engineering.
• 1 year relevant experience.

Key Performance Areas

• Conducting research into potential areas for the implementation of City Energy efficiency initiatives and projects.
• Assisting with the development of specifications for tendering for the acquisition of specialized EE infrastructure/equipment and services.
• Assisting with project development analysis and reporting on small-to-medium scale RE projects.
• Assisting with monitoring project implementation services provided by service providers to ensure conformity with programme/tender specifications, including finalizing the bill of quantities and conducting post-implementation audits.
• Coordinating preliminary investigations of equipment and resources, and presenting findings.
• Conducting site inspections/meetings regarding the provision and deviation of services.
• Checking the budget allocations for specific acquisitions, interventions, and/or activities required to sustain service delivery levels, and preparing and submitting requisitions/motivations for approval.
• Capturing actuals on SAP after completion of work.
• Supervising contractors during the execution of work to ensure conformity with programme/tender specifications.
• Coordinating tasks/activities of field workers/interns associated with performance, productivity, and discipline.
