    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct credit revenue & credit management processes.
    • Be responsible for customer data.
    • Handle generic service activities.
    • Direct the daily customer service activity operations.
    • Build relationship between customers & Eskom via proactive interventions.
    •  Conduct measurement & meter related tasks.
    • Perform vending & prepaid activities.
    • Process quotation & connection activities.
