    Asset Management Services | Operations | ACC JHB

    Minimum Requirements

    • Relevant Tertiary Qualification | B Eng/ BScEng Degree, B Tech Degree or N Diploma (Industrial/ Mechanical/ Chemical/ Electrical)
    • 8-10 years practical experience in manufacturing or mining consulting/services delivery environment
    • Applied knowledge of physical asset management, reliability engineering and EAMS systems (On Key)
    • 3-4 years management experience leading a team
    • Proven application of Asset Management principles and Project Management methodology
    • Advanced MS Excel application and knowledge
    • Advantageous: Minimum 3-5 years' experience in the On Key
    • Proven track record of excellent client relationship management in a service delivery environment

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Enabling and leading of AM resources to effectively deliver "Pragma Way" for clients
    • Identifies areas for service delivery enhancement, cost reduction and production efficiency and lead the execution of improvement projects
    • Monitor successful implementation of business processes
    • Lead workshops to facilitate effective and relevant reporting of KPIs by team
    • Deliver ad-hoc client support, training and projects.
    • Administrate the project(s) effectively, including budget forecasts and services updates in the ERP
    • Management of invoicing process to ensure accurate and timely payment of services rendered (manage portfolio's debtors)
    • Responsible for excellent Client Relationships and Customer Satisfaction
    • Responsible for client retention (services renewals) and growing of own portfolio by means of new sales and service expansions
    • Responsible for managing client SLA's
    • Establish short, medium and long term strategies for clients
    • Responsible for team's performance and development
