Minimum Requirements

• Matric - Grade 12
• Qualified Artisan (Trade Test) with a minimum of 5 years experience
• Experience in a transport and logistics environment
• General administrative duties
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Sound knowledge of servicing and maintenance of buses
• Valid driver's license
• Own transport is essential

Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct services on the buses
• Attend to breakdowns and carry out necessary repairs on the fleet
• Ensure services are done according to checklists
• Diagnose repairs at breakdowns and inform the manager
• Ensure vehicles comply with legal requirements according to company policies and procedures
• Apply Health and Safety rules and regulations during service/repair or when attending breakdowns/accidents
• Ensure appropriate safety measures are taken at all times
