• Well Known Agriculture Company is expanding its Property Management team. We are looking for a talented architect to expand our existing experience in commercial projects ranging from retail, warehousing, workshops, and offices. Our team spans over 5 provinces and various industries, making this a very exciting opportunity. Come and join our humble, hungry, and bold property team and help us build the Group’s future
• Meet with stakeholders to identify project requirements
• Develop initial concept designs for estimation purposes, including 3D visualizations, taking into consideration the Group’s Corporate Building Identity
• Develop full architectural designs for projects, including integration of engineers' designs
• Prepare and coordinate council submission documentation (SPD and building plans)
• Develop project specifications
• Work with other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects
• Attend site meetings and inspections
• Manage construction projects
• Further improve the Group Corporate Building Identity
• Develop and maintain evacuation plans
• Keep up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices with a focus on carbon footprint reduction

Minimum Requirements

• M.Arch (Masters in Architecture)
• Minimum 5 years of post-graduation experience
• Registered with SACAP
• Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, or similar software
• Proficiency in 3D visualization of designs
• Advanced understanding and experience with council documentation and submission processes
• Advanced knowledge of technical detailing and construction documents
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in retail and warehousing projects with a portfolio showcasing previous work
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
