Analyst, Property Risk at Standard Bank Group

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To conduct analysis on property data in order to make informed credit decisions and recommendations within the Home Loans portfolio, South Africa. Identify areas of non-compliance and ensure schemes and suburb reviews are requested should trends indicate this. Produce bespoke risk assessment and risk improvement reports to a professional standard and delivered in a timely manner. Identify and consult with new and existing stakeholders where opportunities exist to generate additional revenue.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed Matric
• Degree Business Commerce
• Degree Mathematical Sciences
• Degree Quantitative Studies

Experience

• 3 - 4 years 
• The role requires an individual with a solid foundation and understanding of bank processes, products, data and systems. Specific experience within Credit / Property, Risk Management, Assurance, Compliance or Legal would be required. SAS, SQL and other Coding Languages would be required. Advanced computer literacy skills with a high proficiency in Microsoft would be required.
