Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitor multiple system interfaces by identifying and resolving interface errors.
• Process and monitor users access requests.
• Validate ABBY (Imaging system) data to enable the process of Operating expenses invoices.
• Ability to map out data.
• Collaborate with internal team members to collect and analyze data.
• Participate in system rollout testing.
• Ability to pro-actively investigate, test and resolves system issues.
• Reporting and data visualization skills using software like Tableau.
• Assist on providing information relating to our SOX controls with Internal / External Auditors.
• Communicate efficiently with business partners, team members and Management.
• Maintain team shared outlook mailbox, by responding timely with accurate information to both external and internal customers.
• File and label all correspondence and email in box following WFS Documentation retention process.
• Ability to creatively analyze existing processes and develop solutions that utilize new and existing technologies to improve overall process and efficiencies, i.e., automation and robotics.
• Follow established Data procedures.
• Communicate efficiently with business partners, team members, and Management.

Qualifications:

• Degree level or possess an equivalent level qualification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
• 2 Coding skills in languages such as SQL preferred but not essential.
• Understanding of data warehousing preferred but not essential.
• International experience is preferable.
