After Sales Executive at Le Boat

The primary function of the After Sales Executive is to be the full administrative support for our customer bookings, as well as support to our dedicated Sales team for German-speaking markets (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

To achieve this, you will be communicating with our customers and agencies by means of telephone or email and supporting them with any queries or amendments. You will be offering extra products where appropriate as well as sending out all booking confirmations and travel documents. You will also be responsible for managing all payments; recording customer and agency payments within our sales system, monitoring and following up with any outstanding balances, and making refunds where necessary. You will support our customers by looking after them from the moment their booking is made until they depart on their trip.

• Native German speaker is essential
• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English and German
• A dynamic, enthusiastic, and proactive person, willing to be a team player
• Autonomous
• Able to prioritize tasks
• Highly organized and respectful of deadlines
• PC literate (word, excel, outlook)
