    Administrative Specialist

    Job Description

    • Are you a versatile and proactive administrative professional looking to support multiple specialized departments within a dynamic company? If you consider yourself an all-rounder with a passion for multitasking, we want to hear from you!

    Qualifications

    • Grade 12/Matric
    • Prior experience in administrative roles or similar positions. 
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 
    • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software. 
    • Excellent communication skills. 
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
    • 1-2 years’ experience in tendering or relevant work experience
    • Ability to work in a team. 
    • Proper time management and ability to work under pressure and preparedness to work overtime, when required. 
    • Able to work and thrive in a high-stress and fast paced environment

    Additional Information

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Strong focus on Tender Administration and NHBRC Administrative Duties
    • Ensure that tender documents are completed and accurate. 
    • Maintain accurate records and electronic copies of completed documents. 
    • Search for relevant tenders on various platforms. 
    • Coordinate the collection of tender documents and ensure submissions are made on time. 
    • Organize and schedule meetings. 
    • Demonstrate proficiency and professionalism in language skills, both spoken and written. 
    • Adapt to changing tasks and priorities with flexibility. 
    • Show consistent reliability and dependability. 
    • Utilize problem-solving skills to think critically and resolve issues as they arise. 
    • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all work. 
    • Provide excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and teams professionally. 

    Remuneration Package:

    • R12 000
