Position overview:

• Preparation of communication for the team
• Preparation of reports, documentation and presentations
• Manage all travel, visa applications, hotel and airport transfers
• Arrange meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms and planning refreshments
• Research for the team
• Ad hoc administrative duties or personal duties for the team
