Job Advert Summary    

• The successful candidate will be responsible for the execution of all Suppliers administration and reconciliations, as well as engaging with other divisions within the Company to obtain all the necessary information.

Minimum Requirements    

• Grade 12
• 5 years Suppliers Administration experience (Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Invoice Matching)
• Experience in reconciliations
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Computer Literacy (Microsoft Excel essential and Syspro an advantage)
• Must take ownership of responsibilities and job functions - accurate processing is essential
• Systematic approach
• Be able to meet deadlines
• Able and willing to work overtime

Duties and Responsibilities    

• Reconciliations
• Matching of invoices
• Follow-up on inaccuracies
• Financial responsibility for the Logistics division outbound supplier accounts
• Timeous & accurate processing of data is essential
