Key Outputs

• Overall running of dept including HR function, Scorecards, evaluations.
• Setting targets for Credit Controllers, to reach target.
• Guiding LOB Managers with queries in 8 divisions for debtors and assisting with Operational issues as required
• Month end running of Statements, allocation of funds as required to facilitate processing.
• Assisting with queries from Customers and internally assisting sales as required.
• All new accounts vetting, updating accounts as required, to be authorised.
• Journals, general housekeeping as required, master data maintenance.
• Assisting with Export function, cross boarder collection, forex.
• Cashflow forecast, weekly /monthly.
• Collection of Interco debts as required.
• Weekly meeting to review age analysis.
• Preparing legal handover documents for Debt Collectors, Attorneys.
• Day to day running of department.
• Updating Processes and writing SOP for the Credit Control department.
• Customer visits as required.
• Staff recruitment as required.
• Assisting Sales team with contracts, Vendor Applications.
• Credit Control between two Plants , Power & Equipment
• Assisting with Financial aspects of Projects as required
• Preparing and maintaining for Audit , Internally and Externally
