Accountant Global Grade 11 - Isando at Barloworld Equipment

Key Outputs

• Prepare & Post Monthly calculations (provision for bad debt, audit fees, debtor & creditor revaluations, prepayments, provision for credit note &settlement discount, sundry debtors amongst others)
• Posting of journals for Barloworld Equipment Regions
• Consolidate preliminary results.
• Preparation of monthly reports (Hyperion / OneStream)
• Preparation & clearing of general ledger recons. Including reviewing teams recons
• Release of Creditors & Cashbook payments
• Manage Corporate Credit cards on Visa Spend Management and SAP
• Assisting Regional FM’s / Auditors with requests
• Responsible for the full accounting function for Swaziland
• Preparation of Audit Pack and AFS for Swaziland
• Ensuring accuracy and completeness of intercompany accounts and confirmations
• Staff management
• Manage daily bank processing for all regions -local and foreign denominations.
• Assisting with ad hoc requests

Qualification, Experience and Competencies

Minimum Required Qualification:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Degree / Diploma – Financial Accounting
• 3 years + experience in accounting
• Sound MS Office literacy
